The Fraternal Chronicle

About Us

The Fraternal Chronicle was founded by W.M. Bryant and G.A. Turner in late August 2025 with a clear vision: to create a single publication dedicated to covering the news, events, stories, and history of fraternal societies across America. While many existing publications focus on just one organization or one jurisdiction, Bryant and Turner recognized the need for a broader voice — one that reflects the diversity and shared traditions of the entire fraternal world.

From the very beginning, their mission was to go beyond local coverage and embrace a national perspective. The Fraternal Chronicle seeks to connect members across state lines, highlight the charitable work and fellowship happening throughout the country, and help preserve the history of fraternalism for future generations to explore and learn.

Both founders bring deep experience and active involvement in the fraternal community:

  • Bryant is an active Freemason and a member of both the York Rite and Scottish Rite 32nd degree.
  • Turner is also an active Freemason, a member of the York Rite, and has earned the distinction of Knight York Cross of Honor (KYCH).

In addition, both men are members of other distinguished societies, including the Order of the Eastern Star and the Allied Masonic Degrees USA.

Through The Fraternal Chronicle, Bryant and Turner strive to provide a platform where the stories of fellowship, service, and tradition can be shared with a wider audience, ensuring that the values of fraternalism continue to inspire generations to come.
